Since Tibor Reels are meant to last a lifetime, we know many of our customers are still using discontinued models or perhaps passing them on to other family members or friends. On this page, you will find our current list of discontinued models along with capacity and size information as well as expolded view diagrams that can be downloaded in PDF format. Current models also have a parts list available for download and many parts are used on discontinued models.
Please note: We will do our best to to service and maintain discontinued models. However, spools, frames and replacement parts specific to a discontinued model may no longer be available. Also, we cannot convert discontinued Billy Pate reels to Left or Right Hand Retrieve, nor can we convert any Billy Pate Reel to Direct Drive.
If you are having any problems with your reel, the best thing to do is send it in for repair and maintenance. Please download, print and fill out our warranty repair form and include it with your package.

Please Note: Spools for the original Tibor Light Tail Water and Back Country Wide reels are interchangeable with the new Tail Water CL, Non-CL and Back Country Wide CL spools. However, the Spring Creek CL is larger than the original Spring Creek, and these spools are not interchangeable. Also, Back Country Wide CL or Wide Non-CL spools will not fit on Non-Wide original Back Country reels.
